Payment Processing & Security

All transactions on rinalvo.com are processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal, which use industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect your payment information.

Your credit card or payment details are never stored on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by our certified payment processors in compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Rinalvo™ will never ask for your payment information via email, phone, or social media.

Currency

All prices on rinalvo.com are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) by default.

If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply a foreign currency conversion fee. This fee is determined by your financial institution and is not controlled by Rinalvo™.

The final amount charged to your account will reflect the USD price converted to your local currency at the exchange rate applied by your bank or payment provider at the time of the transaction.

Order Total & Charges

The total amount charged to your payment method will include:

All charges are clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order. You will not be charged any hidden fees.

Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized and charged immediately upon order confirmation.

In some cases, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold on your account before the charge is fully processed. This is a standard banking procedure and is not a duplicate charge.

If your payment is declined, please verify your billing information and contact your bank or payment provider. You may also try an alternative payment method.

Taxes

Sales tax may be applied to orders depending on your delivery address and applicable local laws.

Any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

If you have a valid promotional or discount code, enter it at checkout before completing your purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

Promotional codes are subject to their own terms and expiration dates. Only one promotional code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and maintain the security of our platform, Rinalvo™ reserves the right to verify payment information and may contact you for additional confirmation before processing an order.

Orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious may be cancelled without prior notice. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe an error has occurred with a charge, please contact us first at info@rinalvo.com before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving all payment issues quickly and fairly.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in the suspension of your account and may be subject to recovery proceedings.
