Rinalvo holds intellectual property rights in high regard and works to stay aligned with relevant copyright and trademark law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) in the United States.

Our Products and Third-Party Material

We function as an independent retailer that brings in products from outside suppliers. Unless we specifically say otherwise, the items we sell aren't things we've designed or built ourselves. Any logos, trademarks, product names, or other third-party material featured on our site remain the property of whoever originally owns them. When we mention or display such material, it's strictly to describe the product — it isn't meant to suggest any partnership, endorsement, or approval unless we've clearly said so.

Letting Us Know About an IP Concern

If you come across something on our site — a listing or any other content — that you believe infringes on rights you hold, please reach out to us as soon as you can at info@rinalvo.com so our team can look into it.

For your notice to be something we can act on, please include:

A description of the work or mark you believe is being infringed
The exact web address (URL) where the issue appears
Your full name and contact details (and company name, if applicable)
A statement that you believe in good faith the use wasn't authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you're the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
Your physical or electronic signature

How We Handle It From There

Every claim we receive gets our full attention. Once we have a complete notice in hand, we review the claim in good faith, look into the details of what's being alleged, and, where justified, remove or block access to the content involved.

We move through every case as quickly and fairly as we can. If you believe your content was taken down unfairly following someone else's complaint, you're welcome to submit a counter-notice to info@rinalvo.com.
